The Wine:
100% Barbera from proprietary vineyards planted to the calcareous clay soils of Annunziata La Morra (20%) and the sandy soils of Guarene in Roero (80%). Maceration on the skins in temperature controlled steel for 6 days. Fermentation and aging exclusively in stainless steel
A fresh and vivid barbera with aromas of baked cherries, dried strawberries, cocoa and red spices on the nose. Fruity and mellow on the palate, with a medium body and a velvety texture.
